After graduating from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Erin served as a co-producer on classmate David Gordon Green’s first feature film GEORGE WASHINGTON, which earned four Independent Spirit Award nominations and the NY Film Critics Circle Award for Best First Film. She began her costume career on Green’s second feature ALL THE REAL GIRLS which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2003. She most recently served as the Costume Designer on TWINLESS, written and directed by James Sweeney, which won the Audience Award at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival. Other credits include LITTLE WING, directed by Dean Isrealite for Awesomeness/Paramount, Peter Sollett’s film METAL LORDS, written by D.B. Weiss, and Debra Granik’s acclaimed film LEAVE NO TRACE.

Erin was nominated for a 2021 Daytime Emmy Award for her work on the Netflix series TRINKETS.
